Welcome Chuching! Are you sure your ECAS went in process before medicals received?

Yes, i'm assuming it's because i paid the RPRF ahead of time. I have my reservations on that too for i have read that most of you guys had your "medical results received" first before it went "in process". Any explanation on that!? ;D ;D ;D

After reading two threads listed below,

I decided to pay RPRF without any request!

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/pay-rprf-without-request-t148572.0.html

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/tracking-pnp-november-2012-applications-to-cio-nova-scotia-t123290.0.html;msg2274360#msg2274360

Details for how to do so please refer to the thread above.

Good luck to all of you!

I do not believe that RPRF has anything to do with it as I did the same. CEM is always quick to get things going and VO may be the reason you saw those prompt updates..but who knows. Nothing to worry anyways. What's your CIO application received date ? Looking at your AOR timeline I would believe you are a Jan applicant.

When did you submit your application to CIO? Your Application ReciveDate and AOR can't be the same

I've just received an email from CIC. They are still waiting on my medical results. I called the docs office and they said that medicals were sent electronically April 14th. They said I should send CIC a copy of the confirmation they gave us when we went in for the medicals but this is the confirmation before my x ray and labs. This does not mean they clicked the completed medical reports. What should I do now. Please advise guys.

From what I understand,

His/Her CIO-Received date is Feb 25, 2013.

and His/Her CIO-AOR date is April 9, 2013

Anything wrong?

I was lucky enough that all my medical results got done at one place by one doctor.

For you situation, I think gn53914 can give you better suggestion because his medicals were separated same as yours.

Hrik faced a similar situation but luckily for him the Dr. was responsible enough to hold back the consolidated report until he heard from X ray lab. Looks like in your case the Dr. submitted partial reports ? Is this understanding true, do you know what was submitted and what is pending ? To me it sounds like Dr's fault but we can play the blame game later. Right now it is important for you to find out what was sent out and what is pending ? Ask the Dr. does he/she have all the reports as of today ? I am sure they can be resent now as well.

I called them today and they said it was electronically submitted April 14th. They said to send the e-medical confirmation they gave to cic. They said that this has happened before that once cic sees our confirmation that they will research and realize they have the medicals. I don't understand how cic cannot see them when the were submitted electronically. It should be automatic.
