Will advice you to wait for at least 1 month before you apply for her Visitor's visa, because with the trend CIC are issuing PPR, your own may be surely around the corner.

Visitor's visa will take about 50 extra days, but i cant see you waiting for 50 more days without receiving your PPR. But the final choose is yours because it depends on the urgency you attach to her visit

Do you think it'll affect my immigration process? The alarming thing I've is the reply i got from CIC that says applications submitted after June 1,2012 will be reviewed after August 31st,2013.

The reply by CIC is probably a generic reply, most of us that receive our PPR are after June 2012 applicant. Will advice you to wait for some time because your PPR is probably been delayed because of your spouse Security checks which that have to conduct.

Today 22nd/March, COPR / Passport has been from Ottawa awaiting Canada-post for it to be pick up.

Wahoo, well let see if the tracking got activated by tonight because the Canada post guy told me that they already receive request from CIC to come and pick it up..
