Wahoo, well let see if the tracking got activated by tonight because the Canada post guy told me that they already receive request from CIC to come and pick it up..

Even I called canadapost a couple of minutes ago and they said "its mailed yesterday only". I didn't understand what it means and requested to clarify the same. She said its been dropped of y'day into canadapost and right now its not scanned in yet. Once they are scanned in my tracking number will get activated it seems. She told that as of now she is not seeing any scanning happening and also there is no way to track it currently. Hence I have to wait until tonight 7-9 PM EST to confirm if that news is correct or not....much tensed now...

Today 22nd/March, COPR / Passport has been sent from Ottawa awaiting Canada-post for it to be pick up. Tracking not yet activated !!!

No, but they may reply to your message if you make inquire about the status of your Passport.

Congratulations

There is no known processing time for issuing PR visas, it can take anywhere from 3-8 weeks

I have made 3 enquires of my PP and there is no response. even if you get any response it will be genral BS type and that wont answer any of your question. Bottom line is call center do not know where your PP is?? sending PP to CPP-O itself is a big risk, given that they have No tracking mechanism whatsover.
