if in your AOR email if they have sent you link then you won't get physical book. some people will get link and some people will get physical copy. before we got our AOR I have requested a physical copy and received too. You can request if you need.

As per law within 5 days (inside Ontario) and 30 days if you change province you have to change address in licence, either you keep Ontario address in application or change address first and then file application.
