Dont really think CPP-O are currently responding to emails, some applicants have sent them so many emails these past week without getting a reply just the automated reply.

Hopefully they get back to you asap...

I don't have it, I never rang them in the end. I would imagine it's somewhere on the medical request email they sent you.

CPP-O dont really have a phone number, just only email or fax,

Finally i got my PPR Request. Thanks OJ , Reg1988 and everyone here

I got an attachment also in which they want me to email the RPRF receipt to a different email address. I already paid RPRF fee online yesterday and send it to normal Ottawa email id. did anyone got the same pdf attachment as well?
