TRV Paper Application Submitted - Lahore : 19th Nov'2019
Eligibility Review Started: 24th Nov'2019

Biometric Validation Email Received: 17th Jan'2020
PPR Email Received: 19th Jan'2020

I haven't sent any email to the embassy and haven't followed up with them. I just waited for the final result. So hopes are there, you guys shouldn't be a worry at all. Good things will be happened at your end also. In Sha ALLAH

My mother just received Passport Request Letter for her visit visa. Applied online and her VAC is Lahore. She has a flight to catch on 7th Feb for which she needs her passport.
1. Does anybody know how long visa stamping is taking these days? From Lahore...
2. Does the passport go to Abu Dhabi or Islamabad for stamping?
3. Is there any way to expedite this?
4. Is it possible to get her visa stamped on her passport in the US (she'll be there on a visit visa for a couple months)? How would she go about arranging for that? Would she have to travel to the VAC in New York City personally or can she courier in her passport from another city?
Would appreciate any responses of people who were recently in similar situations.

It will take only 5 days to get the visa stamped.
I submitted on Monday 20th Jan'2020 and received the passport on Friday 24th Jan'2020. So try to submit the passport by today.

Congratulate!! Please share the list of documents and little bit about your profile , so other people can follow your guideline an get benefits. There has been largely concern from our Pakistani friends that their visa was refused despite having strong travel history, Strong Financial but their visa were refused due to Travel History and purpose of visit, family tie etc.

I applied an online TRV application for my father and nephew on 11th october 2019 from Islamabad Pakistan for tourism reason.(my father has written two travelogues and wants to write one about Canada) There was no update on their account till late December or early January (I had stopped checking for updates on their accounts) as I knew I would get an email. But when I did login, the eligibility review had started and soon I got an ADR for my nephew on 5th january which i submit. I also raised a web inquiry, to which they replied that your application is currently being reviewed by an officer.
This is their second time. my father is my nephew's grand father+ legal guardian. Their travel dates and flight reservation was from 5th Dec 2019 to 11th Jan which is well past now.

Your flight itinerary doest matter for them, and it won't have any impact on the decision, they will decide it by their own way. Stay positive

I Would like to share my Canada visa experience with all forum members to help and support them in their visa applications. That’s why posting such a big content to help everyone who intent to apply Canada TRV Visa. However my Canada business visit visa was also refused in September 2017, I was going to USA for exhibition in 2017 and applied online based visa in 2017 which was refused in 2017. In my covering letter I mentioned about my previous refusal and also attached the photographs of my 2017 USA travel. I had very less hope about it that I will get the visa because of my previous refusal. But I took the chance because I was traveling to USA again with my family to attend some business exhibition so I planned again and took the Chance to apply for the tourist visa so together we will visit both USA and Canada.


Applied as a tourist visa with my family. I was holding UK Valid Visa, Schengen Valid Visa, USA Valid Visa and China Valid Visa.

My family was holding Valid US Visa and had a Schengen Visa on which they traveled to Germany along with me in September 2018.

CONCLUSION:

However I didn’t link any of my applications online. We were 3 applicants me, my wife and my infant daughter.
Finally Passport Collected on 08th January 2019, Visa(s) were stamped on all passports.

TOTAL TIME IT TOOK, AROUND 27 DAYS FROM KARACHI ,PAKISTAN
