It is very unlikely you will be approved for a TRV if your spouse is studying in Canada unless you have very strong ties to your home country. You need to show your own funds to be approved for a TRV. As previously mentioned you won’t qualify to fly at the moment.

What can I do for showing strong ties? I have a job and my dad here in my country. Also, according to cic, people with any immediate family member on temporary residence can travel to canada by getting a travel exemption letter from cic.

Biometrics - Sep 15, 2020

Its 15 Dec and still waiting .

At the time of submission processing time was 124 days which is today.
