Tourist Visa for sibling (Minor)

Hi everyone!

I would like to apply my brothers for Visit Visa they are both under 22 and currently in school.

My parents were already approved as we have applied them couple years back. One of my parents will come here and would like to be accompanied by my brother. (I am applying for both my brothers just incase)

I know that chances for refusal of application are very high at this moment, can you please help me with strong reasons that I should provide to have their application get a strong chance to be approved.

They need to show family ties to return (difficult because parents have visa), ties to return (school registration, tuition paid, jobs), funds ($10k cash minimum for each brother) and strong travel history.

Why didn’t the parents apply for the children’s visa at the same time they applied for their visa ?

The kids may be the ties for the parents to return
The IRCC knows people may apply for the parents visa first , get approved, and the attempt to apply for the children’s separately

How old is each brother? Would actually make more sense to apply for 1 brother not the whole family.
