Too long Delay fro Mexico visa Office

just looking for a second opinion... do you think it would be a big problem if my husband came on vacation and if they request his passport during that time just send it in from here? The wait is killing us...

It all depends where he is from, is it a Visa free country? or do you need to apply for a TRV. I know several people who had visitors visas and went back to do interview etc.
I cant comment because my husband needs a VV to come here and we were denied twice before applying for PR.

My wife done the medical in January 17 and it was transferred to Mexico in started on March 12,2019. Been almost 3 months since then. And no update. Mexico did send me a letter, I guess it's the AOR2, do I use that email or is there a specific email I need use?

We went 8 months with no communication. This is VERY normal for mexico vo. MXICOIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca

Chances are not much has been done. Its only bren 3 months sonce transfer. Theyre stupid slammed and slow.

Aslo as an fyi several ppl being processed through mexico are at 13-15 months of processing

I heard from another Venezulan it took them about 12-13 months, so very close to other people experiences so far. I even heard ridiculous situation that the application actually got lost and it had to be sent in again.

I am having trouble understanding the status of my PR visa application in Mexico VO. I submitted my passport on June 7th and it seems that every small step in the process takes a week or even longer. When I call the embassy, no one can provide an estimated waiting time, and all the answers I receive are very general. My passport is currently being processed, but I have no idea what stage it's at.

I recently realized that I forgot to mention a past visa refusal, so I sent a Letter of Explanation today. Now I expect it will take almost two weeks for them to acknowledge it, and even longer to continue processing my passport.

Can anyone offer any advice or guidance on how to find out the actual status of my application? Please
