That means its regular mail but they send physical copy through indian post rather then using electric media is it correct?

Usually they only use snail mails where they dont have email address for correspondence ....

Did yourself inform Colombo that you have done the medicals at London?

I assume that your medicals will go to London and not Colombo.

Hi , we can do medicals in any part of the world. it has to be done by one of the panel physician approved by cic. Regards to all the medicals it does go to London from their they send to Colombo or any visa office. I have also put a note along with my forms. I have done this after consultation with my immigration lawyer.
