hi feb applicant
me to got aor from sydney on 14th feb
and did not got any aor from new delhi
i got email from sydney reply to my mail in which i want to update the new passport
they said that
"Your file has been transferred to the visa office in New Delhi and is currently in transit. Please contact their office regarding your file."
so no need to worry we all feb aor will get within this month...
my ecase show application recieved on 8th jan.

What do you mean by in transit ? Did it mean processing in transit or file transfer in transit ?

Sorry for the delay but got bugged up with work at office. Couldn't spend time posting my updates.

I attended my medicals yesterday and having the same confusion as @applyvisa had. How to send the rprf fees. I initially paid
the money in CAD online and sent the pdf receipt to colombo office. They replied back saying that as the application is sent overseas
i need to pay the fees at new delhi office (what a crap) and send receipt back to them. I had put a mail to refund my amount and i am now sending my friend to new delhi to pay the fees and send me a receipt. I don't know when this insanity of hoping for PR ends.

Guys, hopefully this helps some one following this blog coz every thing here is painful and needs hell lot of patience...

Could you please share the wording of reply mail sent by colombo office to us .?

Does that mean that fee need to sent to Canada High Commission in Delhi , in the form of Demand Draft and payable to Receiver General for Canada.....can some one verify this understanding?

Is it necessary to send someone to pay the fees @ delhi and bring receipt

Guys,

I have sent my friend in india to contact VFS office and find the details. He told me that the embassy in new delhi allows visitors inside between 11 AM to 12 PM every working day. Also, mentioned that we can pay the rprf fees there in dd.

I am not sure of this process but certainly there is less help for those applying or dealing with new delhi embassy.

I have mailed new delhi office questioning the same and i got an acknowledgement. But not sure if they will reply back with answer. This is the mail id delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

Here is what the colombo office replied on my online receipt of rprf fees paid in canada. Also can anyone reply back if had paid rprf fees in new delhi in person or has any friends there who did so. Please reply in such case.

Dear Mr. XXXXX,

As informed to you earlier, you need to make this payment at our office in New Delhi.
You cannot pay the Landing fee in Canada as your application is being processed overseas.
Please have the fee paid at New Delhi office and send us a copy of the receipt.

Hi Gks,
Buy dd either in cad or inr and write your application number and names and courier it to New Delhi .dont bother sending anyone to embassy it is of no use. I was also contemplating to make the payment by online . My representative advised me to check the chc New Delhi website on fees and do it.
