Mail to HPM.PROD @ cic.gc.ca attaching the pdf copy of your online payment receipt asking them to refund the amount. You can get more details on Online Payment FAQ on CIC website. You need to also send details like your full name, passport number, UCI etc.

My friend reached new delhi but its of less help. They asked him to send the dd by courier or reg post. He took a local DTDC guy and posted the dd there and got a DTDC acknowledgement. I have sent the same to colombo office (scanned copy). Right now done with medicals and sent RPRF, counting back on colombo.

I believe you did the payment using a canadian credit card, so in that case i assume the amount will be refunded on the card itself.

Hi Gurudev1,

I paid it online in CAD using a canadian credit card. I am not sure if Indian CC can be used for online payment. But i got an acknowledgement back within 10 minutes. You should get the same. They said they will take around 4-6 weeks for repaying back the amount.

Yes. Email id is right. But usually what i found here is that if they are ok with it then they wont reply back. Wait and watch we are all in the same boat. Never know of any sudden surprises

OK, So you sent them an email with your LMO, that's it? and you didn't take your IELTS?

Did you/anyone receive email request for other documents such as employment proof and educational docs and RPRF payment before MR request.?

Is it OK to pay RPRF before MR request?

And can you also let me know how to pay RPRF, they said i have to send DD to NDVO and receipt to Colombo.

hello frnds m new in this thread m nominated by mannitoba .now m preparing application to apply cic nova scotia . in document checklist they do not demanding bank statements , not experiences certificates , not educational docs . so my question is I have to fill the forms and follow the document checklist or I have to submit above docs as well .seniors plz help thanks.

just follow the check list do not include any additional document that is not needed.it will delay the process.

Hi Pari,

I would suggest to submit all the documents, so that you will not have future delays. Because i didn't submit them as they haven't listed in check list, and now they have requested for those documents. So its better to submit all experience and educational documents with the application.

Hi All,

I am new to this thread. I was daily verifying this thread for updates and today decided to register . I feel i am also on the same boat with who is waiting for MR from Colombo.

MY timelines are below.

Application filed: September 18th 2012
Nominated - October 18th 2012
First AOR from CIC - Jan 18th 2013
Second AOR from Colombo - Apr 11th 2013

And today i received an email from Colombo office to submit few documents like IELTs, Employment proofs, RPRF.
Can any one let me know how to pay RPRF from CANADA as curently i am in canada. And also is IELTS is require to submit, as in check list its clearly mentioned like for Skill level C and D only have to submit IELTS.

and i didnt receive request for Medicals and they are asking to pay RPRF, so much confusion.

regarding IELTS....This is the case where every on got confused.....
In the check list it is mentioned that skill level c & D must have to submit the IELTS because in the earlier system they do not need to submit the IELTS. But it is not mentioned any where that other skill level need not to submit the ielts....i m also from skill level A. I also appeard in IELTS before filling Application at CIC.....So there is no doubt ......Appear in IELTS as early as possible..........

on the safe side you have to submit all the doc's educational, bank statement and employment proof with initial application, if you not attached they request these doc's on later stage.
