I am not sure abt this bro. I guess ur file still will be processed by Colombo/NDVO.

Moreover I dont think it is advisable to further complicate things specially when you are nearing finalisation.

i got my second AOR from colombo on april 10
this is 6th week without any MR or PPR
cant plan anything based on this process

i hav paid rprf from india,

you should make bank draft payable at new dehli and send via courier at new dehli visa office address along with request letter of rprf.

I put 'New Delhi' as visa office in my application. I got the first AOR from CIC on 1st May.

The second AOR will come from New Delhi Visa office or Colombo Visa office? I am not sure, i saw many people are talking about AOR from colombo visa office? can somebody please confirm the exact process?
