Just bring the instruction you received from where you took your medical examination. They will do the test needed/required by CIC Manila. They will also submit their findings to CIC upon completion of the required test.

Anyone here rcvd this message from Embassy of Canada (Manila), My wife and kids done their medical last Sept 12 and just tonight i rcvd this email from Embassy of Canada ( Manila) attention to my wife, during my wife physical test the doctor detected that my wife have irregular hearth beat so she require to go ECG test and done last Sept 2015 and the ecg result (AFib With Rapid Ventricular Response) and doctor said there is no major problem on this, i dont know what additional information that CIC manila asking.

Please print out a copy of this message and present it to the panel physician who did your initial immigration medical examination. In exceptional situations, you may utilize the services of another panel physician used for Canadian immigration examinations (http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx).
Exceptional circumstances include: moving to a new location making it difficult to visit the original panel physician, or the original panel physician is no longer available.

You have 60 days from the date of this letter to comply with this request.

Mga kababayan, meron ba sa inyo na ganito ang case, yong wife ko nagmedical sa St. Luke may nakita sa kanya na irregular heartbeat, nagpa ECG na sya last Sept 12 at ang result (AFib With Rapid Ventricular Response), ngayon last sept 29 nakarecvd kami ng email from CIC na may mga addtional test na dapat gawin, (Stress Test, 2D echo, 24 hour holter montioring) at kailngan maipasa sa cic in 60 days, baka meron sa inyo nakaranas ng ganito na merong medical issue na related sa sakit sa puso at kung ano nangyari sa application. Asking for advice.

i am a live in caregiver started on August 2014. I am eligible to apply PR this October. Problem po is,during their nomination application for Manitoba PNP, my sister did not declare that i am here in Alberta kasi makakaapekto daw po yun sa decision ng MPNP application nila. So dinclare nila na nasa Pinas pa ko. Recently, they just received their LOA and they submitted their application early September still declaring na nasa Pinas ako.
she asked me a favor na wag ko kuna iapply yung permanent residency application ko kasi baka masilip yung papel ko that would result to their application's refusal grounds for misrepresentation. ayoko naman din pong mangyari yun sa kanila. kaso gusto ko na rin po sanang iapply yung PR application ko para makahanap na ng ibang trabaho. balak na po kasi akong irelease ng employer ko next month..

malaki po ba yung possibility na makita ng cic ang information ko while their application is on process?

Anyone po na may same case? or any advice po..

Still waiting for our passport from vfs.. We submitted our passport last Aug 29 and still on process upon checking on their website.. Nakaka kaba na,hehehe!

tanong ko nadin po baka may idea po kayo sa case na ganito, un anak ko kasi may US passport (born in US) and kinuhanan ko din sya PH passport. nun ngtanong ako sa vfs if need pa mgsubmit ng PH passport un anak ko, oo daw kc PR daw un inaaply namin. pero may nabasa din ako na hinde na need isubmit un PH passport & just photocopy of US passport. pero nagsubmit na din ako PH passport nya kasi sbi sa vfs need daw. iyon un iniisip ko na d kami sigurado kung tama ba na PH passport un ibinigay ko instead na US passport. honestly I don't have any idea about that case :'( but when you submitted your PP, nag require po ba ng photocopy (US passport ) as attachment po ung VFS?
naka state nga po dun sa email ng PPR instruction.. '"STEP 2: PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS, (@paragraph 2)..Ïf you do not require a visa to enter Canada....please submit one photocopy of the photo page......"

but since ni-verify nyo po sa vfs ung issue at sinabi po sa inyo ung requirement nila....wala naman po tayo magagawa but to follow them. ;D

malamang sir/madam, na co-confuse pa po ung visa officer sa issue ng anak nyo ;D kaya may katagalan bumalik ... ;D

Un nga po hindi rin kinuha un dala ko nun na photocopy ng US passport eh, im thinking ok lang kaya na email ko un mismo sa embassy ? Thanks po!

Depende ano ang gagamitin pagpasok sa Canada:
1. Kung gagamitin nya ang US PP nya to enter Canada, no need for a visa. Enter sya as a US Citizen into Canada.
2. Kung gagamitin nya ang PH PP nya to enter Canada, she needs a visa, as she is entering as a PH citizen into Canada.

If 1 - then no need to submit the PH passport, copy will do. As a US citizen, she does not need a visa, but needs a CoPR.
If 2 - then you need to submit the PH passport, dun ilalagay ang visa. Present visa to enter Canada and present CoPR to land and get PR status.

So you submitted both which is still fine, pero me instruction ka ba sa VFS/CIC which will be used (US PP or PH PP)?

Nothing to do at this point. Wait for the return of the PPs, and check if which PP has the visa. If no visa on PH PP, check CoPR and see which PP number is listed on the CoPR. Need to present the CoPR along with the identity document (in this case PP) whose ID is listed on the CoPR.

Saan kayo mangagaling to land in Canada - fron the PH or elsewhere? Note lang if there is a visa in the PH passport and mangagaling kayo sa PH, PDOS rules on immigrants will apply sa kanya (PH citizen immigrating from the PH).
