hello kabayan.

san ba magandang mag land sa border carway or montana???? anybody?

AB ka?, then two land border locations ang me IMMI services - carway and coutts (enroute to Montana). See here:
http://www.cbsa-asfc.gc.ca/do-rb/services/imm-eng.html

Either of the two will do based on the posts so far. Check mo ang website above sa waiting times, para ma-plan mo kelan hindi busy ang border offices.

FYI - this was the reply of CIC when in an inquiry about the 'flagpole' procedure:

Sir, Madam,

Thank you for contacting Citizenship and Immigration Canada. I am pleased to follow up on your request:

Validating a Confirmation of Permanent Residence at a Land Border (Flag Pole Procedure)

Once you get your Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688) from a Canadian visa office and, if necessary, your permanent resident visa in your passport, you must have these documents validated by an immigration officer at a port of entry. If you did not see an immigration officer when you arrived in Canada and are still in possession of your IMM 5292 or IMM 5688 document, then you must:
Go to the American land border and explain to the officer that you do not want to enter the US; but that you want to return to Canada immediately to validate an immigration document (this is called the flag pole procedure).
Once at the Canadian border, you must show the officer:
- your passport, travel or identity document (including secure visa counterfoil (IMM 1346), if applicable);and
- your Confirmation of Permanent Residence form and instructions issued by the Canadian visa office; and
- your proof of legal status in Canada, such as a valid work permit, study permit, temporary resident permit, or visitor document; or
- any immigration document in your possession (whether valid or not); and
- proof of implied status (if applicable), for example:
payment receipt;
copy of your application;
printout of online application;
proof of mailing.

To find the land border closest to you which offers immigration services, please visit the Canada Border Service Agency Web site.

Hi forum mates. Just want to ask if "Medical Received" na sa ECAS does it mean nakapasa ka na sa medical?

Medical Received na kasi ako ng March 10 pero wala pang RPRF.

dear seniors :)

sir RAGLUF sk po. i might go to north portal sk boundary. one more thing, can i bring someone who is a PR but dont have us visa?

Hi to all!

Congrats to those who completed the application and landed successfully!!! I have been quietly reading the thread here, now I break my silence... I just really don't know what happened to our application... Our ecas says.. started processing sept 2013, since then "in process" until now no changes in our ecas.. pero hindi pa rin kami nawawalan ng pag-asa, we know in God's time..

Wala sya business na mag-flagpole or umabot sa US immi checkpoint - ikaw meron. Siya walang problems exiting Canada, and re-entering Canada, kaso magkakaproblema lang sya kung sasama sya up to the US checkpoint - itatanong pa sa kanya ang intention nya and wala naman sya maipapakita na supporting docs bakit nasa border sya, and wala din syan entry docs to the US (walang US visa).
