may thread po ba that lists if reached cap na ang certain NOCs?

NOC011 kasi ako provincial nominee, 15 weeks na walang email (application received in CIO Nov.21, 2014) and charged naman po yung credit card nung November 2014 din.

Worried po na baka rejection letter due to NOC cap ang makukuha ko

PNP ka right? Hindi ka naman CEC - so unless specifically mentioned sa PNP stream na inaaplyan mo na me restrictions sa cap, then irrelevant ang pagkakaroon ng cap based on NoC sa PNP applicants. So far wala pa akong nakikitang PNP stream na me specific dependency sa NOC caps listed under FSWP, FSTP and CEC - so let me know kung anong PNP stream meron and then we can read through and find out.

Congrats to those who completed the application and landed successfully!!! I have been quietly reading the thread here, now I break my silence... I just really don't know what happened to our application... Our ecas says.. started processing sept 2013, since then "in process" until now no changes in our ecas.. pero hindi pa rin kami nawawalan ng pag-asa, we know in God's time.. I guess kami nalang ang hindi pa nakakaalis sa mga 2013 applicants dito sa pinas.. Sana hindi matapos ang taon magka-visa na kami.. hopefully..

So nag-follow up ka na ba iha? Tried getting your GCMS notes? Medyo matagal masyado na ang 1 year processing for CEM - hindi naman ito federal family/spousal sponsorship - so it is time to follow-up. Meron ka bang agency or agent processing the application for you?

Kung me sponsor ka, time to ask your sponsor to get GCMS notes for you - 2 years processing for PNP at the federal stage is in my observations not the norm for CEM.

Hi forum mates. Just want to ask if "Medical Received" na sa ECAS does it mean nakapasa ka na sa medical?

Medical Received na kasi ako ng March 10 pero wala pang RPRF.

Not naman necessarily nakapasa na sa medical. Ang assumption is kapag lumabas na ang line na yan, an RMO has already released a medical assessment based on the results of the medical exam. Di natin alam ang "grade" on the medical assessement, pero kung:
1) walang added tests/medication protocol/medical furtherance
2) walang identified health conditions na leading to inadmissibility (health condition na public threat, or medical condition na leads to excessive demand on public social/health programs in Canada) - eto sa clinic pa lang malalaman na kung me significant findings

Then you have no reason to worry

Itong mga nasa itaas are indications maaring:
for 1) ang grade ng medical assessement leads to recommendation of medical surveillance pagdating mo sa Canada - so mabibigyan ka pa rin ng visa, if pasado sa ibang admissibility criteria (criminality, security etc.)
for 2) ang grade ng medical assessment leads to inadmissibility and refusal on the application

So since March 10, me change sa ECAS mo, so indications active na naman ang file and processing ng application mo. Wait for the next set of instructions from the VO.

wala po kaming agency.. yes, monthly po ako ngpafollow up sa cem.. the usual response pa rin ang narereceive ko.. i'm just wondering kung bakit sobrang tagal na naabutan pa ng expiration ng medical namin. sept 2013 kami natapos ng medical. ngsend na rin ako sa case specific. d kasi kami kinuhanan ng gcms ng cousin ni hubby.. actually husband ko ang applicant. d naman namin sila mapilit na kumuha ng gcms notes, sila kasi ang nandun na sa canada.. wait nalang kami nito kung hanggang kailan kami mabibigyan ng visa

Congratulations! So hinay-hinay muna, plan the days ahead in prep sa pagpunta mo sa Canada - PDOS etc. You have time pa.... and spring/summer ang coming days ahead, mas mainam in timing to go here for the adjustment sa change in seasons.

Libre naman ang GCMS notes - I suggest try mo pa rin pakiusapan kumuha - kasi 2 years is exceedingly long para sa Federal phase ng PNP for applicants in CEM. 2 years processing meron na ako nakita pero this includes the time at provincial nomination phase (ang pagkuha ng nomination letter) - exceptional cases ang 2 years at this point between CIO-CEM.

3 months ago na me contact is still deemed positive - so lets assume active pa rin ang file ninyo. But at this point - ilang months na expired ang medical - and malaki na ang chances re-medical ang mangyayari sa request - pero bihirang-bihira ang remed sa PNP applicants from CEM. At this point, mukhang something is really out of the ordinary - either me mga emails na hindi umaabot sa inyo, or me instructions na di dumarating. Kaya kailangan ninyo ng GCMS notes to see ano na talaga ang nangyari - kasi me record yan ng lahat ng communications na lumabas from CIC. Hindi ako palagay sa basta maghihintay lang kelan nila ibibigay ang visa - historically pansin pag iniaasa mo lang sa VO, extended processing ang nangyayari. Be actively involved or si hubby mo needs to be involved much more.

yes po, sobrang tagal na po. may bayad po yata daw yong kukuha ng gcms notes. nakalagay sa website nila.. hopefully na wag na repeat medical.. dagdag gastos po un.. everytime naman po na nag-iemail ako sa cem may response naman po pero yong usual lang talaga na response. may mga cases po ba ng pnp madeny kahit tapos na lahat medical ang pmt?

Me two ways of getting GCMS notes:
1) Send a request to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) under the Access to Information Act (ATI) to:

- Get information about CIC
- Get information that would have been created by CIC
- Get personal information submitted by a representative, where the client (with their consent) is not a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or here in Canada.
The fee for requests under the Access to information Act is $5.00.

To send a request you must be a Canadian citizen, a permanent resident of Canada or an individual or corporation currently in Canada.

2) A request for personal information held by Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) should be made to CIC under the Privacy Act.

There are no fees involved with the processing of a request under the Privacy Act.

Get the GCMS notes by making a request under the Privacy Act - no fee.

As to your second question - yes meron. Note this is an application and fees you provide are part of the process. Kung hindi ka pa nag-babayad ng RPRF, well the fees you paid are for processing the application as of now. 2nd - medical is part of the admissibility tests - isa lang yan na kailangan ipasa ng application - there are more. Kung pasado ka sa lahat (ng admissibility checks), then walang reason to deny/refuse your admission into Canada. Hindi ibig sabihin direkta na kahit pasado ka sa medical, at nakapagbayad ka na - admissible ka na kaagad. Also, hindi natin alam kung ang program and regulations may change and the change applied retroactively - case in point, FSW pre-2008. Nung inalis arbitrarily ang backlog via change in regulations, nawalan ng say-say ang mga ibang naghihintay. So hindi tuwiran na pagbabasehan ang medical at payment ng fees as lusot ka na - in all reality - hindi accurate indicators yun.
