Well, one - bakit ka gumamit ng PhilPost? Medyo hindi maganda ang track record nila sa delivery and tracking - better off sana mga established na international courier companies like UPS, Fedex or DHL kasi mas maayos ang track record nila sa delivery.

I don't think 3-5 days (unless expedited) will be enough papunta ng CIO-NS, kasi daraan pa yan sa collection/aggregation, bago ipapasa sa local partner sa Canada ng PhilPost, then daraan pa sa customs inspection yan (all packages) before mapupunta sa CIO-NS. So maaring hindi real-time ang updates ng PhilPost sa tracking nila kaya wala ka mabunot na information. Pero you need to call them up regularly para malaman kung nakaabot na ang package mo.

Thank you @Ragluf, sabi ng taga Philpost nadeliver na daw yung documents ko last October 24 , pero I still need to ask for a proof na nadeliver nga. Dito kasi sa probinxa nmin thru Philpost ginamit ng mga kakilala nmin na nag apply rin. Next time mag d- DHL nlng talaga ko..

Depends, ano ba hawak mo IMM1017 na form? Or ang letter of instructions lang from the VO?

Madalas kasi ang medical request, or instructions for medical request is IMM1017 then me kasamang instructions. Eto ang masasabing main MR/IME part - medical forms.

Pero me nangagaling na instructions/letter mula sa VO (or in this case CEM) kung saan nakalista ang mga kailangan gawin, o i-submit. Eto at isang email din or separate na letter (kung via mail ang means ng correspondence). Maaring magkakasama ang:
- payment ng RPRF
- additional documents (PCCs, history, etc.) request
- immigration medical examination

Tapos sasabihin lang na susunod na ipadadala ang mga forms para sa medical exam/IME (ito ang ipadadala ay ang IMM1017) - as a separate email.

Sa kaso mo, kung ang instructions lang sa iyo ay medical exam, hintayin mo kung me darating na forms. Kung ang sinasabi mo na instruction ay kasama na ang medical forms, hintay ka ng mga susunod na instructions (panibagong emails) mula sa VO/CEM. Iba-iba ang mga sets ng instructions, minsan magkakasama na, or magkakasabay ang IME/MR sa RPRF minsan naman, later pa darating ang RPRF or instructions ng updated PCCs. Walang strict set na magkakasama na lahat ang ito sa isang email, or eto ang dapat mangyari - iba-iba per applicant and pag dating ng instructions.

Thank u po ragluf... Ang nareceive po nmin ay MEDICAL EXAMINATION INSTRUCTION AT IMM1017E. Nkaattach po sya s no reply email.... So antay na lng po kmi next email regarding paying of landing fee at additional docs. Baka po kc s friday mgpamedical na po kmi s IOM.
