thank you ..nova scotia received our application july 23, 2014. i received aor sept 20,2014 together with our request for medicals..oct.06,2014 ecas medicals received..on oct 15, 2015
we received email payment for our Rprf..CEM received our payment per courier Oct.17, 2014..and received request for passport oct 22, 2014.

Sa Application Guide -
If you have more than five (5) family members, you must complete the Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) (PDF, 471 KB) form for each additional family member in order to include everyone in your application.

Di na kailangan isama kung hindi naman applicable, unless specifically stated sa instructions sa form. Lagpas ba sa 5 ang family composition mo?

used the services of a representative to help you prepare or submit your application; or
are appointing a representative; or
are cancelling a representative's appointment.

Kung wala ka naman representative na ginamit, hindi mo na kailangan isama pa yan.

2.Kelangan ba ng Bank statement as requirement? Kelangan ko ba isama sa documents ko? Pero wala naman nakalagay sa document checklist na bank statements or accounts (pag may spouse lng Or joint account)

3.anong courier ang gnmit nyo? Parang di ata na sservice ng Fedex ang nova scotia. Ang Dhl ba reliable? Thanks

Most courier companies - local partners na ang gagamitin pagdating ng Sydney, kasi hanggang major cities lang sila. Itanong mo sa courier kung me service sila to Sydney, NS or ipapasa na lang sa local partners in NS. Make sure me delivery tracking and if possible, signature of receiver sa delivery options. Fedex me service, pero after Halifax, Purolator na ang local na gamit, or CanadaPost.
