Hi AnL, its good na marinig ka at mag share ka ng experience mo. ano kaya pwedeng i enroll? nirerecognize kaya dyan ang TESDA? short courses na lang cguro ano?

according to my sponsor, kahit daw april pa kami dyan mag land ay nags-snow pa rin dyan... regards and sana mag share ka pa ng experiences mo dyan

dito sa winnipeg ay di ka mababakante kapag ang trade mo ay carpentry, electrical & welding.....$12 to $18 per hour ang starting salary rates nyan....

to Anl: ano po ang trade nyo at saan nyo planong mag reside dito sa winnipeg?....

Balak ko pong bumista sa kapatid ko for 3 wks sa US tapos direcho ng Winnipeg as POE.

For as long may US visa ka to enter the US, I don't think walang magiging problema. Please wait for our other forum-mates to confirm.

Kaso, ang alam ko, ang Winnipeg is not an official "landing venue" for new immigrants. Ang pagkakaalam ko Toronto at Vancouver. May previous post na po about this, si Sir Ragluf ata ang sumagot. Heehee...sensya na. Parang di ata ako nakatulong...

Nabasa ko na rin ito from Ragluf. He mentioned that Winnipeg does has a PoE, but usually from flights from the US, because walang direct flight sa ibang bansa, except for US (and I think also Greenland).

So, basically, kung ang flight mo is direct to Winnipeg from the US, sa Winnipeg ka mag PoE.

o yung mga taga Winnipeg dyan or papunta pa lang na may mga anak na nagaaral pa lang...pwede nyo ng hanapin kung saan pwedeng mag enroll mga anak nyo...

I received mine, Nov'13, that was almost 6mos from CIO-AOR. I think getting the MR request from ADVO takes 3-7 mos but, that is case to case basis.
