I just dont understand why this step is not an automated part to just confirm that the photos are in the guidelines they need and the address provided matches the one in the file. Such a simple thing to do and would avoid such long wait times...

They are trying to keep useless job positions... with Covid and stuff people are not landing in person so the person responsible for landing is useless... in order to keep that, this person has to push the button.. but it is not doing at all!! I am still waiting for my Ecopr for almost a month when they could have pushed the button on the same day they received my information. That is ridiculous! Waiting and waiting the whole process... the worst is that I am stuck in Canada without possibility to travel abroad because of the document missing!! I wish I could have responded I am outside Canada instead...
This entire process is just SO delayed and they have so much backlog that they could generate more jobs and hire more people to process all the PR applications, and leave this last step automated. But well, who cares if we are stuck in a country far from our family for over 2 years right... they can probably leave when they want, different from us.

Did you received the PR Card? I received my eCOPR 3 weeks ago but PR card is still pending...

Finally got invite to to confirmation portal September, flew all the way to Canada in October to confirm (living abroad now) and was expecting it to come by Christmas.
Getting to the end of January and nothing has happened. They dont even reply to emails. Them or CPC Ottawa. And cant call them as I live in the UK now.
Does anyone have any advice or ways to contact them. Ive had to turn down a job in a hospital as I thought it would be here by now.

There are applications which you can download to call IRCC in Canada by usinga VON . Use any app for international calling and try to raise webform
thanks, weve tried that before but dont get anywhere when we talk to the call centre. They say there is only so much they can tell us, and that it is still in progress. not anything of substance or ETA.
In terms of the webform, its a joke of a service. i honestly think its a automated bot of somekind, we still do it to keep a record of trying to contact them and notify them of changes, but well ask a very specific question for example and get an answer to a subject that wasnt even asked.
Other than the webfor, telephone, IRCC portal, and CPC, I dont think there are any other ways to contact them.

Hello, anyone waiting for eCOPR just reply to original congratulations email saying that you haven't received it. Hopefully they will reply. Also try and fill out the web form from the IRCC website. Mostly replying to the congratulations email should work.
Hi.. is there way to cross check PR application payment receipt ? can any body who has recently submitted their PR on new portal share their receipt by scrambling/hiding all information. Just want to see format and no. of items in receipt.
