This entire process is just SO delayed and they have so much backlog that they could generate more jobs and hire more people to process all the PR applications, and leave this last step automated. I just dont understand why this step is not an automated part to just confirm that the photos are in the guidelines they need and the address provided matches the one in the file. Such a simple thing to do and would avoid such long wait times...
