Hi can anyone tell about diploma of associate engineering from punjab board of technical education Lahore Pakistan is equal to what in Canada? Need help

I am not sure if this helps, but one of my relatives recently got his DAE (Sindh Board of Technical Education) evaluated by ECE. The US equivalent (he was looking into higher education in the US) was a "US High School Diploma"

I have done B-Tech Hons in Electronics from PIMSAT in 2010. Now I am going to apply for ECA can anyone tell me about B-Tech Hons from PIMSAT is acceptable or not for Canada? My both (B-Tech Pass & B-Tech Hons) degrees & Transcripts are attested from HEC.
