This is the link for London visa office.

However, I had to write to them twice to get the details. The first time I wrote to them was a generic enquiry on my application status to which I received a generic reply in less than 24 hours.

The second time I wrote to them, I explained why I wanted to know my application status as my UK visa expires soon so I would have to extend it and if I do, I might not be able to land in Canada while my UK visa application is under consideration, which is a bit complex situation. This time they replied to me with these details after nearly 25 days.

Does anyone know how long do they take to do criminality and security after passing eligibility?

I am afraid there is no way to know. Days, weeks or months. My wife's took 2 days. If I had to guess, I would suggest you settle in for 2 - 4 weeks.

Hi, 2 weeks ago I received a letter to pay for my RPRF, after i paid the fee, I uploaded the receipt, but i still see the message: uploaded-not submitted to IRCC
is this normal??

It’s normal. I have uploaded documents 4 weeks ago requested by IRCC london. It also says documents uploaded on gc key.

Hi... we had the same problem. Your document has NOT been properly submitted!! Go back to the screen that shows you uploaded- not submitted to IRCC. There should be a finish or submit button somewhere.. usually the lower right area.

My gckey account was updated this morning. Application has been approved and COPR is on the way!

I'm in Vancouver now so will the letter be sent from Canada or London, England?

I assume you have updated your address with the VO. As you are being processed by London, it would be issued from London.

Yeah I updated my address and it was correct on the gckey letter.

This will be the next delay, no doubt!

Yesterday, gc key updated to background check started and today ECAS updated to decision made.
