I been watching this thread for some time now as my application was transferred to London vo as well. Wanted to share my timeline, maybe it can help others at some point.
App sent NS: Nov 26. 2018
Aor: Jan 18. 2019
Sa: Mar 26. 2019
Biometric req: Mar 26. 2019
Med req: Mar 26. 2019
Biometric done: April 18. 2019
Medical done: April 23. 2019
Transferred London: July 17. 2019
Aor 2: Aug 16. 2019
Pre-arrival: Sept 7. 2019
Decision made on ecas: Sept 9. 2019
Webform asking for information: Sept 19th
Email reply, waiting for printer: Sept 19th.
Webform asking for update: Sept 30.
Email reply, tracking #: Oct 1.
It's being sent by Royal mail "international signed for" and will be expected to arrive in Norway by Oct 4th.
My husband is coming to Norway Oct 8th to bring me and our 2 Canadian/Norwegian kids over for a late Thanksgiving on October 15th. Hoping the mail won't be delayed in any way so I can do my landing then

Picked up my copr at the post office this morning
They did not ask for a new picture, so the one they have glued onto my paper is from october. Should I take new pictures and bring with me when I land?

It is quite normal for them NOT to ask for new pictures for either the CoPR or the PR Card. You should not need more photos, they normally use the photos you have supplied for the PR card as well (although they do on occasions ask for new ones). Not worth getting new photos until / unless you are asked.

Another update. Having had 'Decision Made' on ECAS since 01 Oct, I decided to webform London Visa office last evening. This morning received my PPR in GC Key and also an email from the visa office saying the application has been approved
