ecas tracker just advised me that ecas updated "Decision Made : A decision has been made on xxx's application. The
office will contact xxx concerning this decision."

SO ecas tracker is working real time and ecas is up to date (albeit three days after I got my email!)

Thanks for the congratulations.

I feel very deeply for all those still waiting (at least we were an early January applicant) as I sat, like many of you, watching others getting approved and wondering when it would be our turn! So hang on in there, it will come! Good luck!

PS I now formally announce I will never ever ever look at ecas again! lol

Great news for you AKGAZ ;D

My hubby got his PPR yesterday YEAH!!!! His application status changed to 'Decision Made' on Monday, and the PPR was received via email from London yesterday. We did get a little discouraged at the end of February when others, who had had their sponsorship applications approved around the same time as us in mid-January, got their PPRs. Reading this forum everyday has been so helpful (and encouraging) in realizing that not all applications are approved so fast. Some will take a few months longer but, sooner or later, PPRs will be sent out. So I'd like to tell everyone who is still waiting for PPRs, please don't get discouraged, it will happen. This is a great forum, and it has been very interesting reading all the informative posts, and it has been so wonderful to see so much support everyone has had for each other. I will keep reading the forum as I am interested to see how everyone's application will be progressing, and if anyone has any questions, I will be more than happy to reply. Good luck to you all.

Hi,

From which country did you apply? I have a feeling that only British citizens get the PPR quick. Those who come from other countries will not seems like. Im applying from Sweden and my application is in process since march 2011.

No, not all British citizens get there's quick.

Hi

It seems only British Citizens get their PPR early for other nationalities it can take up to 8 months. I am waiting from last 6 months.

Hi Naz, I am not sure if you and others are aware of this free service. In theory it means you should not check ecas yourself directly
- ecas tracker has had a few gremlins but worked accurately and timely this time for me.

Hi troeli,

My hubby applied outland and he is a British Citizen. I know the wait is very hard, and you think it will take forever, but please don't get discouraged. The day you get your PPR will soon be here.

OMG OMG!! Just thought I'd give Ecas a quick check and it's been updated.....

We received your application for permanent residence on March 9, 2011.

We started processing your application on May 13, 2011.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

Not heard anything.....EEEEK....I feel a little bit ill. Is there a possibility it could be bad news?? :( I wasn't asked to go to interview or send in more documents. I wish they'd just post what the decision was!!

Hope everyone gets news soon!!
