Hi folks, I got my CoPR on Wednesday 1st February. Unfortunately there is a mistake on it, it says my country of birth is England, but in fact I was born in Scotland. I was all ready to go and flagpole this weekend, but i need to have this mistake rectified. So close, but yet so far! Quite annoying.

I would like to know something.My hubby got COPR last week. I am PR of Canada and my address was of Calgary.
In COPR,Its Written that city of destination : Calgary
Is it mandatory to land only in Calgary or can we land in Toronto .We are planing to visit Canada for only few days to activate PR cards
Please reply if anybody know

You can land anywhere in Canada (but not certain about Quebec). Toronto is fine though!

Need a Info,

I had received a PCC(Police clearance) request from IRCC and also from London VO via MYCIC, for some reason LVO wanted the original to be sent to them. Due to delay in processing of the PCC, could upload only the receipt and a letter. I have received the PCC now. Need info on how to send the PCC to LVO.

Ok peeps... here's one happy post!!!!

I have received an email from LDN IMMIGRATION, advising me that my medical has been extended to February 2018, and that I have until then to land. The emails goes further to say that I have been approved and that the file has been forwarded to the visa processing centre to produce my COPR, The email also confirms my UK ADDRESS to which it will be sent in due course

Suffice to say my wife and I are both over the moon as our long path to get me there with here is now almost complete

A huge thanks to all the people on the forum and to the admins for keep us sane during the long waits

Will post again once I get back he actual COPR

Any UK citizens being processed through London since July2016?

Has anyone noticed that applications filed Outland,UK citizens processed through London are not showing up on spreadsheet since June 2016? All UK citizens being processed through Ottawa, and a London office showing almost entirely Pakistan processing.
I say this as i am concerned -I applied as UK citizen and am being processed by London office. September application -in process October 18

Yes, that does seem to be the case. Do bear in mind that of course the only cases shown on the spreadsheet are those where people on this and another forum volunteer their information and keep us updated, so there may be applicants we have no visibility of......

In any event, you can have no say over whicj visa office your application goes to, be it London or Ottawa, so not really any point in worrying. Mine went to London on 23 August 2016 and was approved just before Christmas, although in general, Ottawa does seem to be faster.

PS - we don't seem to have your application on the spreadsheet, you interested in participating? If so, then in addition to what you have already said, can you tell us roughly where you are currently living (e.g. London, UK), the nationality of the principal applicant and whether married or common law?

Hi! We just got the email through today asking for copy of passport and two photographs! It says for countries that do require a visa that we actually have to send off the physical passport?! What does this mean for UK passport holders now that an eTA is required to enter into Canada - does my partner have to send his passport or just a photo copy to Canada house? Thanks for you help, and sorry if this as already been answered!
