Can you believe this !!! I literally sent this message ... started to work again and the lawyer called... our COPR is in her hands approved! He will be picking it up tomorrow, I am across the country so we wont be able to celebrate together but jeepers it feels good. Now to plan our landing at Coutts in the next few days !

Yet more proof that the advertised processing time for sponsor approval (currently 64 days and working on October 5th applications) is historical.

Wife emailed LVO asking the next step, they replied saying that she would receive PPR within 10 days.... LOL.....Over the moon now.

I had a parcel from the U.K. and it took less than 4 days to get here ,so i have no idea when we are going to get this .

Finally, I have my COPR in hand!!! So so happy. It has Royal Mail post date of 1st December so took roughly 2 weeks to get here. This process tests one's patience. So glad its finally over!!

Thanks to Andrew and Shnooks for the spreadsheet and to all for the encouragement and support.

Just to point out that the mail was put in our mailbox instead of being delivered to the door.... despite it having an International Tracked and Signed for sticker.

Cant wait to see 2014 greened out.

Do you have any reason or idea why you got DM on the 31st of October, but then got the request for passport scan, photos, updated info chart 10 days later?

Also when did you send the passport scan, etc in? Was it by email?

Also do you have any idea when they sent it to you? I guess it would only take a day as it is coming from and going to London.

Just trying to make sense of the final steps, as I got DM 11 days ago and I would hate to now get a further request!

photos sizes has changed since we sent our application in 35mm/45mm when we sent them in now they want 50mm/70mm .. Oh please London don't ask me to send new photos now .

Hi Andrew, from my recently received GCSM notes, the person working on my application approved my file on 30 October 2015 and sent message to JS on same day to ask for passport photos. JS only asked for passport scan and photos on 10 November. Who knows why he/she took that long to send an email. LVO being LVO. I forwarded the photos and docs via Fedex from Calgary and they arrived 16 November.

The letter accompanying the COPR is dated 30 November and was posted 1st December. Am really hoping you dont get any further requests after DM as that just prolongs the process.

Just noticed that my location still reads London, came to Calgary in July to wait it out.

Planning to flagpole at Coutts.

I am touching wood but I really hope this is it - no more requests.

The company waiting to hire me have proposed a start date of Jan 6th, with a condition that I have PR by then. Tick tock.

My row is correct.

The only update is I (the principal applicant) have been in Toronto though out the process. I have just gone back and forth to the UK at the 6 month point.

GOOD LUCK to everyone waiting!

Will update when I receive COPR. Fingers crossed it's a positive decision.

Just to update you I received my COPR on 16 December. I am so relieved

This was posted on 30 November. The letter was just left in my mailbox despite having an international tracked and signed sticker!?!

Will be going over to the States this weekend.

Fingers crossed for those waiting. LVO seems to have sped up.
