No idea how long it takes for them to return a physical passport as most applicants are visa-exempt, and we don't track that on the spreadsheet. I *think* it's a few weeks, generally I think they don't hold onto the physical passport for TOO long... if a month goes by then it might be worth chasing them up!

I think i confused sponsorship eligibiliy with residence eligibility while going over my notes. Sponsorship eligibility is indicated as passed but i see a note with label 'eligibility' among my notes package which lists a summary of all the proof we provided and it ends with the following line - I have entered review required under eligibility.

After this note, there is a note about the requirement of a remedical, receiving our csq and then the payment of RPRF fee. No note about receiving the remedical result which was done in March. Makes me believe that they havent even concluded our eligibility and we might even be called up for an interview if needed. :/

Read the email clearly, there must be an option to send it to VAC in India...Or you can email the LVO

It does not state anything regarding Indian VSF. I emailed already to LVO, but it says they will reply within 28 days. I only have total 30 days.
:(

Email using both the case-specific enquiry, as well as the direct email address, and mark the correspondence as URGENT in the subject. Sometimes that helps.

You're reading way too much into it. Just sit tight. They will request something when they need it. If they do request an interview, then you'll have to just go. But I personally think you are trying to read into things that just aren't there.

Received my COPR in the post this morning! Thank you again for everyone's help and guidance. It has been invaluable. :)

Wow has the London office just come to a stand still? I only see 2 visa's being approved. I know it's just what's on the spreadsheet and isn't the full picture but this is concerning. I wish something could be done, seems so unfair applications through Mississuaga are being processed in 3-5 months and the same scenarios of straight forward applications are taking over 300 days via London. I know no one likely has an answer but just writing this makes me feel better. If you do have some light to shine on this it would mean a lot. My husband and I have been apart since November and it's such a sad way to live our first year marriage.
