Visa Issued 4/25/2014
Decision Made:4/28/2014 and mailed the same day.

COPR received today 5/3/2014.

Great news... Landing set for May 19th.

Full permanent residence. No condition.. Great all around!!!! She has to land before medical expires in July.

bmore - where did you receive the COPR? Canada or UK? I am still waiting for my husband's to show up. Decision Made April 17

I know that some british expats get their CoPR in 70 days or so, but looking back at the spreadsheet from Oct-Dec 2013 it seems like quite a few people have received theirs in about 120-140 days. Do you think these are "normal" family class applicants?

I have my hopes up, of course, as I received a request to pay the RPRF last week.

Small query on the B4 forms I'm hoping someone who has landed recently might be able to help with, I've tried to find an answer to this already but without any joy so apologies if it's a duplicate question.

If i've understood correctly I'm going to end up with four completed forms, with 2 copies of each as below:

GOODS ACCOMPANYING
B4 E (14) - Listing first 8 items
B4A (05) - Remaining accompanying items

GOODS TO FOLLOW
B4 E (14) - Listing first 8 items
B4A (05) - Remaining items to follow

The B4E form has changed slightly though from the one talked about in older threads. Where the form says "Additional list of goods >" the first box on the right used to state "Form B4A", (which I assume you check if you're including the additional page like I am for each) but now on the current form it says "Form BSF186A" instead. Am I right in thinking BSF186A is just another name for the B4A form?

It is impossible to say. They check the RPRF as soon as they receive it in London from Ontario according to my GCMS notes. They checked mine last September, saw that I had paid, transferred the money between offices and put a paid next to the box. I wouldn't take too much that they asked for that. I was told to pay that when I applied to avoid any delays. The first thing they do is collect their money.

My application has had a recommended approved since the start of feb awaiting the final approval and in security checks since then (I have only lived in Canada and the UK and have a squeaky clean record). My ECAS still shows application received. Nobody looked at my application for 5 months after the RPRF stage.

There is no answer to your question, I thought I would be done about 3 months ago. The fact that not one application from 2014 has has gone in process or decision made would suggest things are slowing down at LVO. This may be due to all the extra applications that were transferred there from other visa offices but who knows?

Sorry to be so negative, but just settle in for a wait. I hope you get processed nice and quickly but it is early days on your application yet!

Wow now I am even more worried.

I have tried sending a case specific email with no response and the guy we normally deal with at the MP office is on holidays and the woman I talked to this morning was incredibly rude and useless

Ok I see. I just think it is dumb to request something that they may or may not have to return, as it has nothing to do with the processing of the app.
Hope I get lucky.

At least I know they have it.. lol

If somebody wants to update the spreadsheet. Medical results received updated today may 6
2014. Request for RPRF April 30 2014

Congratulaions!!!! So excited for you. I promise you it is a positive decision. :-)

Hi Becki

I love your optimism, please send me some as i am now decision made - application submitted to london oct 13, they say they started processing my application on April 14.

I am a former police officer so naturally skeptical and now very worried….how do you know it's a positive decision?

Sorry about that i had a customer walk in .. Yes if it was negative they would have called you for an interview . Applying outland they won't just say deny you with out being able to appeal.

Sorry to hijack the conversation, but just to make sure, they will not reject any application before they give an interview? So any application with "decision made", who have not had an interview, is pretty much a confirmation of PPR?

Thanks - and sorry for barging in!
