Oh I am just completely confused now. Both I am my girlfriend called immigration today so we could compare the advise we had been given. Both came back saying I should apply INLAND and at the same time apply for an open working visa.pinklady said:Hi Brian Vantana.
I would definitely advise you not to go down the Inland route. You can do the outland process entirely from Canada.
They said I would then have an implied open working status until my actual open working visa comes arrives in about 11 months along with my first stage approval. Is this really what some people have managed to do? Seems the opposite of what I have read on here.
Also, is losing the right of appeal really that great a threat?
I do like the fact that the outland could all be done and dusted in a matter of months, but I would not be able to work during that time.
Just don't know what to do now? HELP!
