moochops said:Hello, I stumbled on this thread when doing a Google search for outland Buffalo!
I'm British and live in Canada (just north of Settler Alberta) with my Canadian husband. We applied outland spousal with 'London' as the processing centre. I have no idea why but it was transferred follwing my hubby being approved as the sponsor, to Buffalo!
I wondered if it might be possible to add my timeline to the spreadsheet?
Posted 20th June 2011
Received 21st June
Sponsor approved / request for IMM1012 / file transferred to Buffalo 4th August
Sent copy IMM1017 to Buffalo to add to the file 9th August (DMP apparently sent the original to Ontario)
Ecas update application received (not sure if this is the AOR) 9th August
Thanks and i'll keep an eye on the thread to see how quickly things are (or aren't) moving :-*

In response to this one I sent:
To whom it may concern,
Attached is the receipt for my Right of Permanent Residence Fee. As you can see it was paid by my sponsor on April 8th 2011. I hope this can bring these issues to an end. We are also sending a copy of it to the Buffalo office. The question I have is how will I know if what we are sending is the right thing? I know we have 60 days to pay or provide proof of payment. I just want this taken care of as soon as possible and start my life here in Canada.
I understand if you can not verify by a scan, however if that is the case can you PLEASE tell me where I need to send it?
Thank you
Now that Buffalo still refuses to help me, does anyone know how I can get this matter resolved I have my original receipt for my RPRF. Please help I am really at my wits end with Buffalo, I wish there was a person I could talk to and file a complaint/grievance.
