i dont know why they requested one.. they asked about the relationship evidence, my sponsor's proof of residence (not DL or Healthcard included) {what else should i include?} and asked for my birth certf., passportcomputergeek said:Wow. Interviews for US applicants are very unusual. Any reason they might doubt your relationship? Any other issues in your application (e.g., criminality, previous refusals, removals, history as a war criminal, etc.)
It's up to the VO. They may ask you to re-do them, or they may ask the IMS to extend them. Since nothing much can change that would cause you to be refused in them, I'd bet on them extending them - but it's VO's discretion.
and the letter says me and my sponsor should attend?
but my lawyer says if the sponsor is in canada .he can have a telephonic interview.... he doesnt need to be with me ...have you heard about it?
