I believe that the answer to this is NO, they will not transfer your interview to another country. I have seen numerous people post that they couldnt get a visa to the country where they had an interview and the application is treated as "abandoned" by the Visa Office.pmary said:Dear friends

By not attending the interview it means that you have decided not to continue with it - you have abandoned it. Abandoned doesnt mean refused it means that they close the application because they cannot make a determination about eligibility.
