Guys ! I am in fix.My wife sponserd me and my daughter .We got married and then we have a baby here in India,After that she went to Canada with the baby {on TRP} and filed sponsership application.The sponsership application got approved on 30 Sept and then My wife came back to India on 22nd October since she has to submit My daughter's passport also at ND office with mine{since she can't send Indian passport by courier}.However till date there is no such intimation regarding submission of passports.Now my question is since my wife is still here in India,will CIC tomm can raise objection since she is staying here and waiting for process to be over.She also can't go back to Canada without daughter.Anyone who can suggest me what to do?

If you have a look at previous months threads that will give you an idea on Buffalo applications, I do know its pretty quick.

I don't think there's an exact answer to this, it depends on the complexity of the application being processed, and if there's any roadblocks (e.g. incorrect information, interview required, missing documents, etc). I wish I knew exactly. I should have approval by Mississauga next week, then after that, it's all eyes on Buffalo.

X5 we're going through buffalo. File transferred to buffalo Nov 4th in process Nov 17th recieved Aor stamped Nov 17 on the 26th. So pretty quick. It took 13 days.

Hello All,

I have some updates about my wife application submitted in October, 12th.
I received update from CPC-M on Nov, 9th about signature missing and Information on back of photograph. So they sent my application back which I received in Mail on Nov 15th.
I resubmitted application on November 23rd.
I got Ecas Satus on December 2nd about DM
Yesterday I received letter about Case Transfered to Islamabad.

Please update your Table.
