We sent our application October 20th 2010 outland and Missisaga received it on the 21st of October 2010. I the sponsor received a letter November 19th 2010 saying that i was accepted to sponsor my Mexican husband yepeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ;D So does anyone know when my husband should be receiving something? Would it be a letter?, email? phone call?
BTW i put in my client ID on ecas and it still says that it is not in process but i received a leter of approval. Whats up with that?

yesss, they received my application on november 3rd, and I got a positive answer from Miss. today!! Now the file goes to Bogota!!

Congrats to all for AOR and medellinguy & jma for DM. Canda I’ve added you to our list and hopefully it will help you work out when you should receive your next contact.

Good luck to all. All outland almost have sponsorship approval except for malaika, SarahL, Saisn, Jeff, zabrinaw and coldgirl. Hopefully coldgirl will be receiving information in the next couple of days, and Saisn and Jeff, we know you both have had problems with yours, but hopefully you’ll get it off to Missassauga soon, and hopefully malaika will get some notification soon, but as zabrinaw hasn’t posted since 17th November and SarahL since 15th October if we don’t have any updates from them by the end of the weekend I’ll remove them from the list.

Fingers crossed for everyone’s applications to process very very fast!

Sorry about that coldgirl, was getting a bit ahead of myself with your inland application. Yeah, shame about the inland application, but it will come around eventually I'm sure.

I am actually thinking about terminating my inland application and applying outland, its so much faster. Do you guys think it's good idea?

Bangladesh, so I guess my visa office will be Singapore. I have my visitor visa until March, I'm wondering if I apply for another extension, will they grant me it even if I apply outland...

In most cases they extend it. I've only seen one case recently where they didn't. My bfs exited in April I hope were done by then. Singapores maximum timeline is listed at 18months right now.

Thanks kelkel. Another question, I am wanting to apply outland this month, but my fbi clearance isnt here yet, can I send it later to them or do I have send all the documents together? also my medical was done here, is there any way, i can have it transferred?

I would definitely wait on the FBI clearance and send them in together. Have you filed inland already?

;D i gt my approvel latter last night ;D dated december 1 2010and my case was transfared to nairobi,kenya at same day
iam over excited and don't have any word to express it

i heard nairobi is the worst visa office on earth but iam sure god will help me 2 have my hubby beforet he summer of 2011
