DKA! Just to let you know, a buffalo applicant from another forum, with the same timeline as mine received her PPR!!! yesterday.....Meaning... we are close!!

hi everyone. hope you can help me. My PR status in ecas says "PR Application Received- We received the PR application of mrsh on Feb15.

Then by Monday of this week, ecas says "Medical Results Received"

My question is: How long should i wait to receive the passport request letter?
On this site https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=app_perm_fam&lang=en&app=ecas, at the DECISION MADE column- under this is the Medical Results Received. SO i assume that, right now my application is already under Decision Made?

pls i need your opinion. thanks. Godbless.

I don't think anyone on this forum has recieved PPR just yet.. But i'm not sure though...

However, I beleive it takes closer to 2 months + for PPR for Manila applicants. There are several threads out there specifically for the Manila visa office. Manila is known to be one of the fastest processing offices.. So just hang in there.

And don't assume anything that Ecas tells you. Because it's not only full of glitches, it also never tells u exactly what's going on in most cases.

I had an update to in process!

We received XXX application for permanent residence on December 9, 2010.
We started processing XX application on February 23, 2011.
Medical results have been received.

So just to clarify they have had my file for two and half months and not done anything with it? sigh..... but YAAAY for an update!!

The processing times are updated quarterly for the applicant's portion and have not been updated since Oct 22, 2010 which means any day now they should be changing it. Fingers crossed for less than 11 months for Buffalo processing time!

Double yeah!! I was about to stamp my feet and say how come ours isn't in process...just checked and IT IS!!!! We went into process Feb 24th!! Here is hoping for good news for us all next week!! PLEEAASSSEE!!
