Hey Juliet! My e-cas changed to Decision Made on Tuesday (March 8th) I'll be flying to Buffalo tomorrow afternoon, picking up the visa Tuesday morning - landing the same day, staying in Toronto for the rest of week and coming back home on Sunday. I still have about 2 weeks to use up of my time...
