yeah, on the stage of approval u log in with your sponsor's details and receipt number. but u won't be able to log in until CIC starts to process ur case I believe..

Hello everyone..... i need to update my info.......
Application sent to Mississauga for my wife's sponsorship - April 4
app recd at Mississauga - April 6
Letter of approval recd - May 13 stating that the approval was done and file sent to visa office Abu dhabi on May 1.

so now we have moved up the ladder by 1 step... now hafta wait for the next step to happen...............
hoping that the wait is not too long................

TODAY, I FINALLY GOT THROUGH TO MY ECAS.. STATUS IS "DECISION MADE" AND A LETTER WAS SENT OUT ON THE 12 OF APRIL........

our application was recd at mississauga on april 6 so thats 1 month after your my dear...... anyways... what does it matter now that we have both cleared the 1st level and now hte wait on to the next level ..... hope this wait is not very long ... coz i want my spouse with me fastttttttttttt

My application was received on April 12 and today ECAS said Decision Made! I have no idea what the decision is, but I am trying to remain positive and CALM. Deep breath and wait for the mail.

I am sponsoring my husband and application was recieved by CPC-M on April 15th. I hope that means that I am only a week to ten days behind you and application will be sent on to Buffalo by end of next week.

Can't wait. It's been a long process and missing my husband badly. ;D

I think by the ending of this month, whoever sent in their application in April, should receive AOR.

Anyway, I need to update my place of employment and address. Anyone know how I should go about doing this?

Fastest way to change your address is using ecas..be patient until you can log in and then you can change the address..

You need to inform Mississauga asap. Read here, please w ww.cic.gc.ca/english/information/change-address.asp
