Hello everyone,

First of all thanks for your wishes.

I would like to congratulate Benjo and others who received their visas.

My wife has received her current passport back on the morning of June 23 (Inda). Visa was issued on June 17. I guess they never wanted to see her old passports. Now we will have to wait for them to return the old ones or my wife may have to go to CHC New Delhi to ask for them.

Thanks a lot guys!! One weird difference I noticed is that when I login to E-CAS using my wife's information, my name appears in all the text that they have used like --- we received XXXXXXX's application on XXXXXX , while if I use my information to login to E-CAS, the word "you" appears in all the text that they have used like --- we received your application on XXXXXXX. Didn't expect ND to be so contextually correct!! Did anyone else notice the same too?

I was the famous one who quoted that, unfortunatley in my eyes that is how i see it...i hope your case is finalized soon.
There have been a very few members who had in process before a PPR..example me, DNT etc ..which means there is a delay down the road..

Just checked E-CAS. It says "Decision Made"!!! with the standard text "a decision has been made on your application. the office will contact you regarding the decision." I wonder its the positive news now.. I am a nervous wreck...

Congrats...one more week buddy to get your PP back with a Visa.
Don trust Ecas, my wife's ecas now says "can't login".....................
