I don't think so. That doctor might have opted not to be a DMP anymore for better opportunities elsewhere. From your signature, you did the medicals in Feb. So New Delhi already has the medical results filed against the passport of the applicant.

A question... my uncle called me the other day from India because he knows a family in which recently there have been a marriage.. and they needed to do the Medical.. so I gave him long time a go same number where I had my wife go.. "Seema Talati" was the name of DMP, but he called me and said the number is not valid ANYMORE.

I look up and find out that "SEEMA TALATI" is not listed on CICs website as DMP anymore?????????

Will this have any effect on my CASE? because my wife has had Seema Talati as her DMP from Ahmedabad?

We are already delayed.. and I'd HATE to see another delay because of NEW MEDICAL!

Don't worry DNT....I wldn't think it's an issue...I remember meateater saying that the DMP who did his initial medicals weren't on the list either and he had to go to a new one for his re-do. I know it's not easy and ur mind can easily think of everything possible that might be delaying ur case! Hopefully they'll reply to ur CSE soon!!! We are all praying for u!!!!

Thanks for the reply, I'm at ease now.. and I hope this is the case with the DMP, because I've also heard of FAKE DMPs where they take money for fake results.. so I hope she wasn't caught in some sort of operation like that ... human mind and speculations.. lol

As I am new to the forum, I dont know much about ur file but still.... the doctor that you have mentioned Seema Talati. Its been a long time CIC has removed that doctor from the list. But it has nothing to do with ur file at the most they will ask you to redo the med. exam. As from CIC point of view they dont trust doctor's other than they have listed on their list.

Yeah we did the medicals in Feb, and I never knew she's been removed from the DMP list from long time.. but we only went to her because she was listed on CICs web, so I hope all is well,

Nope it is still valid, its similar to who issued u a passport and if he is still working.

The trend these days is 2 months min as they are backlogged and are processing student visa's.
No one can give you an exact ETA, Check DNT's list which he posted in the last few pages and you can see the timeframe from PPR-Visa for many applicants.
