ND have the passport of my wife for almost 4 months now and still no updates. Didn't get any response for the two CSE we sent.

ND SUCKS

its the same with me.. ND has my spouse p.p for 4 months since the interview..sucksss big time

Hi Sorry, i understand your frustration. Good thing is i have seen every delayed applicant getting a visa.
If they decline they do it soon..your file is ready and just wait some dumb one's signature..
Stay strong and are you close to ND..going there in person might work, and it always does once it is out of 6 months.
..will they let me in incase i go to ND...

I feel your pain and the suffering you are going throuhg... sonyji did you send the CSE that fprince asked you to send and stress the part about 7 months? Also email them directly as well.

If not then its time YOU visit them in person like how divren went and they said everything is good.. blah blah.. 7-10 days and he'll get the PPT bak with visa..

Its time you personally visit them durnig the visitation hours.

DNT2003: I did email and stressed about the several months wait but no reply frm them..shall i call my spouse in india to visit ND and ask about the application.. will he be allowed inside without an appointment...

Hi All,

A small update.I went to CHC ND today and enquired about my case.The person first asked me whether I had sent an email/fax and if I have received any reply.I told him that I had raised a CSE but did nt receive any reply.

Then he looked into my case and said that they have received everything that they wanted (PP,PCC,fees etc) and they do nt need any additional docs.He said that my case is clear/ok and it is just pending for final review.He added that it usually takes 4-6 months but in your case we do nt want to push it into 6th month as the case is clear and you can expect your PP with visa in 7-10 days.

I think all they wanted was a wake up call.

I just hope that it comes within 10 days.

divren :so should i also call my spouse to go to Nd and wake them up as it has been several months after the interview..So when he goes there... will they let him in??please let me know???

I am planning for sometime in 1st week of July. Although she can come alone, I want to go to bring her. I still have to ask for time off. I need some time-off as I am completely drained right now.

Finally the interview is done................... this forum is the second one whom i am updating about my interview result ( 1st is my wife ofcourse)

it took 40 minutes

the VO (a indian lady)said they will make a decison and let me know in 10 days by post and kept my passport and all docs.

No idea what will be the decision.

Interview Questions.

When and where we met
when we got married
how many days we together after marriage
why marriage not happend in Kerala ( we had our marriage in mumbai)
why no family members attended the marriage
Where all we travelled in india.
what is my wife doing
where she living and with whom
she shown my photos of marriage and asked who all r with u.
where i am working and my profile
Any emplyment proof of mine
why she never visted me after marriage
reason of divorce of our first marriage
did my daughters medical done
is she know about my marriage and did we met her with my wife

onething is clear,, once u complete ur first 5 minutes infront of the VO, u feel so comfirtable afer that.

hey guys just want to ask how do immi guys do background check as pcc r diff frm bc n sc so wht do they do for it n if sm1 has lived anyother country do they do bc over there 2......do they do credit checks ?????????

Mon-Thursday 11-12 Pm. Ask him to go early like 8 am, wait and pick a ticket number.
I am sure this will work, others did the same thing.

i thought that the interview would be taken by some canadian english man/woman but its strange that an indian lady took your interview?

What other members have to say about it? Does canadian english counsellor takes interview or our indian people?
