My application also reached ND around at the same time...I am expecting an interview too...but so far no communication from ND...!

Dont worry.... we are in the Q for interview..... hopefully in few weeks.

This is the first time i am seeing this...
But Ben since your wife is your rep ( am i right...) did she get this email?
Usually they do email updates to inland applicants and sponsors who are rep's..

this email came to my email address.... not to my wife

It's indeed very nice of them to communicate. This PR process will far less stressful if people can know what's happening with their file rather than arbitary status updates.

For your case, just by knowing that it's approved in principle reduces a lot of apprehensions. I hope they send some communication to me as well.

WOW, I'm simply awestruck...ND communicating proactively??? How did this happen!!!

In any case, I think it is a great positive step for ND and glad you are not kept in the dark benjo. Hope you get the interview letter soon, followed by the visa

It seems to me everyone was watching fprince's case and once his file is almost through, people took some time off.

No updates for me. My passport reached CHC-New Delhi on 2nd May and no updates after that. Thinking to send them an CSE after 2nd June just to remind them otherwise they will sleep on my file.

Hi FebPR,

Mine passport too reached ND on May 2, 2011.

It is being saying "in process" from May 11,2011.

It seems like they started working on my file.

Hopefully, u will get Decision made soon from "application recieved"

Does anyone have a clue about what a BC is?

Do they do it within India to check where you are, what you do & do they check your out of country visits etc?
Still no clue... my case is on a BC now and God knows what they are doing...entering 6 months since application

From what i have been reading so far only word coming to my mind is Banned Case..... I m jus kidding u ll get ur visa by the end of this week for sure!!
