u know ND is realy bad...they r wrong somewhere in its working
I am also dealing with them for citizenship certificates for my kids..........and i tell u Consular section is far wrose than immigration section of ND
they r pathetic people....customer service is zero.....high headed high nose people

Dont pick-up phone....dont respond to voice msgs and emails...trying for the last 1 week

Dear All

Please provide response urgently,I submitted my son's passport on the 27 March 2011, in reply to a CSE I received a confirmation email that the CHC is in possession of the Original Passport on the 5th April 2011, today I received another letter again dated 5 April 2011 asking us to submit my Son's passport, I am confused and angry, please could one the boarders please provide a response a contact number where I can speak and sort this issue or if any other way whicr sfe elarders feel is quicker please suggest.
