Sorry for the late login, just got home. Ofcourse, needless to say that there is no good news from my end to share. O and abt the MP, i think they are so busy with the election process that I dont think they will bother to check on my status situation.

Hi Guys,

Good News !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, i got my PPR dated 7/04/2011 and received on 13/04/2011 night, bribe to the post man works...... ;D

it took 6 days to reach from Delhi to Mumbai.

Surprisingly they never asked for Background/Declaration Form (IMM 0008_1)

they requested to submit:

1. RPRF (Landing Fee ) if not submitted ( will be pay by my wife may be today and sent the reciept to me )

2. PCC for time spend in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not submitted ( I have already submitted PCC from India)

3. Original Passport.

Questions :

1 Do i need to proactively submit the Background/Declaration form with passport?
2 Do i need to get a PCC from london and submit with the passport ?
3 Can i sent an email to CHC ND to clairfy the PCC requirement from london and Background/Declaration form ?

Congrats for PPR!!

usually ND ask 1st PP and then after few days they review the file and ask for additional documents if needed.

I guess they will ask for forms or documents soon if they need it in your case.

I shall suggest you to send PCC from London, Backround form and PP to ND.

Congrats for the PPR, but I do suggest you do write an additional letter stating you forgot to submit the Bac/Dec imm0008_1 and have included in this package (ppr package)

I would recommend u to be proactive and send docs as not submitting the visit to uk and pcc would delay ur case un necesary ........and some vo might treat it as mis represenation ........it is the most important form in whole package and i wonder how u missed out .........but anyways u should send them immediately with letter stating that u missed out.

Congrats, and to answer your question. It would be a huge gamble if you wish to play this game.
As far as a VO will see it once he notices that the PCC and form is missing, it would make them to hold on to your case as mis representation which you don want at this stage.
And as far as obtaining a PCC from London, i am not sure if they need your origional PP...
You need to ask Brin about how to get the PPC and i would really advise to send the PP with the SCHEDULE 1 FORM and explaining PCC is in process..
make sure that you tell them you forgot it ..........

Hi,

I have already filled up the forms and necessary supporting docs for PCC from london, as per their site it will take 2 working days if i pay GBP 70 and 10 days for GBP 35.

I will go for GBP 70 so i get the PCC atleast by a couple of weeks.

As per the PPR letter from ND says dont sent anything (docs,PCC,PP) one by one but sent it as a package with all requested stuff.

Is it ok if i wait for the PCC and sent all the things together at one time to ND ?

I have also sent one email to ND saying that i have missed to submit the the Back/Dec form in the earlier kit and asked them is it ok if i sent this with the passport and PCC.
