Mine is about 50 days in process without a PPR..it is actually very hard to predict an average in process time on this thread..as for some applicants there was no app received status
these days they request PPR during app received status and change it to in process based on extra document request, passport received etc..they do not have a clear procedure, hence hard to predict.

things are hard to predict with chc nd.....

Isn't it that it takes on AVERAGE 2 weeks for ND to receive file from CPC-M ?

Mine was transferred on the 23rd March, and its 6th April = 2 weeks (14 days)

Why are they soooooo slowwwww....

Speed it up ND, else you guys will be even slower when IPL starts :S

I have mentioned this in my earlier posts to other users.
CPC Miss does not courier each file to ND..they send it in batches, if you are lucky your file would be there in 2 weeks or can take longer.
Patience my friend, you are near the deadline and will see your status update in ECAS..and give them 2-4 weeks to open, scan and update ecas to app received.

atlast i have received a letter asking for ppr.

letter was dated March 28.. And received April 06.

they asked for old and new passport and landing fee if not paid.
I have question.
1) My wify has two passport i.e. one before marriage and one after marriage. Does she need to send old passport also.
2) can we send country specific form (i.e. travel information) as we didnt send it when we filed application.
3) my wify has new police clearance certificate now, can we send that also.

any update from MP frince. lama, gagan any update from ur side.

challenger485 , congrats i told you to wait a week and you got it...

1) yes send both passports, no harm
2) Yes, send it to avoid any delay so they dont have to ask you again, this form is important and will show up when they run a final checklist
3) not required unless asked, just keep it with you

congrats for getting the ppr


yes....send them both the passports
u can send a copy of the receipt (just to let them know that it is already paid in full)
u also have to submit the country specific form because u havent submitted this before
if u have a fresh pcc....u can also submit this along with the letter

Update - So i called the MP's office and she told me that she received an email from CHC. I don't know if what she told me was standard reply as it confused the hell outta me. But she claims that a lot of applicants go through this delay, but this is the first instance i am hearing about this. Maybe @ nylalisa can comment more on what i heard

Application was approved by CPC Miss and will be sent to Ottawa.
Ottawa scans and sends the electronic copy to CHC ND, this is the ecas app received date
In my case the files are still in Ottawa as they send it to Delhi through Diplomatic post and it can take a long time
Delhi can not finalize anything unless they receive the original file from Ottawa but can start working on it electronically

I told her that it has been 3 months in Ottawa now and how come it didn't get to delhi yet? and she says, its normal and most ppl go through this ?????? no idea

So i am confused as f##K
Should i contact CPC Mississauga and ask them if they sent the file?
