I have not heard back from the minister...such lazy people, don't even bother to reply, back, and then they wonder when it comes to election time why people dont vote. when we vote for you, and ask for help, it is a kind deed, to help us in return, not to just ignore our email.

Dear All,

I need help for documents preparation.

(1) In Schedule-1 Back Ground form

Column 10 - Education detail :

I want to know that after filling details of 10th (S.S.C ) in next line I Only need to fill time period of 12th (H.S.C ) Class or need to cover time period of 11th class also ?

Column 12- Membership Details :

I am registered Pharmacist under Rajasthan State Pharmacy Council .

Do i need to fill that detail here ? Is this applicable to me ?

As i am attaching Notarised Copy of my Registration Copy.

(2) IMM 5406 Additional Family Information :

What to write in name of Applicant when form filled by my Spouse ? I am the Prime Applicant . So Do i need to fill my Name both time ? I am confused ?

(3) What should i write title of my JOB in all forms "PHARMACIST OR RETAIL PHARMACIST? In my reference letter from Employer it is mentioned " Retail Pharmacist "

Regards,

Mayank Pandya

Hi Mayank;

Answer no.1:
- There is no need to cover the 11th class period, they just need your info after you turned 18 years of age
- Yes any membership in association or council should be mentioned there (attach the proof )

Answer no.2:
- the name of the applicant should be the name of the person you are sponsoring in India.

Answer no.3:
- The job tittle on the form should say exactly what it reads on your employment letter: Retail Pharmacist.

I would say download the Immigrant's guide from the cic website in which all the forms are explained step step and helps you filling every question accordingly
You can locate this pdf file under applications and forms for family sponsorship in the part 2 of the application kit.

I hope this helps

Cheers;

Honestly, I am not sure what Caip notes are?

The lawyer we are working with has informed me that only after the set 6months (and that is from when the file reached Delhi) can we really proceed to be more aggressive and take further steps, I pray we don't have to do that. He also informed me that the MP cannot do much of anything except get information on our files, which in our case seemed to be outdated information anyways...

I leave in a couple of days so I am looking forward to not having this in my mind 24/7 for a bit.

Missingyou,

thats right. they dont bother abt our issues.

Thanks, missinghim.

Immigration Tip :

Do not send inquiries to New Delhi Visa Office about your case ( neither by email nor by Case Specific Query ) that will delay your case more than what New Delhi usually takes for unknown reasons. So just sit back and relax, it will happen soon.

I hope for a speedy visa for all

Yup, no change here yet... Still it says starting processing on September 16th... nothing about medicals but I assume they would have contacted us about that if they didn't have them?

hi Santiv

Did you received the PPR letter in just 4 days of your file transfer ?

I see your file got transfered on 16th Sep. and then you got the PPR letter on 21st Sep. ?

Also where did you had your medicals done?

Cheers
