My wife checked on line it came up In Process then she clicked on In Process it said intereview on 2nd November.

I have got no letter yet. What kind of question do you think I will be asked???

Should my wife attend the intereview with???

Thanks for my your help....
They are being quite slow with the letters with the additional details. Our interview is on the 10th, and we also have not received the letter to know exactly what they are looking for. The wait is very stressful!

I really hope that yours goes well and you can share your knowledge with us :) And I hope that the letters arrive very soon.

@canindia - you got a request for docs followed by an interview request...all after the PPR? Is this correct?

Hi Minku,

We received the AOR and PPR almost a month after the file was transfered. Then after that we received a request for supporting docs for my divorce in Canada. Then just this Tuesday eCAS changed to show the interview date of Nov 10. But we haven't received the actual letter yet.

Last week we had heard from the MPs office that we were in the interview queue, but at that time no date was scheduled. So we requested the CAIPS notes. Not sure if there will be enough time to get them now. Hopefully this is normal as we are applying under the conjugal category and I am divorced with a child. The MPs office says it is quite typical, so let's hope it is not a nightmare.

Any thoughts??

hey canindian,

My MP, u mean the representative?

No mp would be the member of parliament of the local constituency from canada , only they have the authority to inquire about an aplication in process

oh ok, how do we contact them?

You would need to network with your Member of Parliment constituency office to get a contact and ask them to assist you. I have been working with the MPs office since we started the process over a year ago. I'm sure they are all willing to assist, I just don't know who you would contact in each instance. They are not able to move the process forward, influence a decision or over-ride any decision and I do not believe that they are getting different information than we would get through contacting the embassy. They maybe get it a little quicker at times.
