that if you need my passport don't hesitate ask freely....

My wife got her PPR on Nov 23rd via email, but she didn't see it cause it went to Junk mail!!! She checked the junk mail section and noticed the mail just this past weekend, after which she immediately sent the PP and it was received on Dec 13th.

Since there was a 20 day delay in sending the PP, would this cause any issues? And generally is the processing time after the date the PP is received or is it since the time the PPR was sent?

If anyone has heard of a similar case, please do let me know.
