Scarborough's kinda far, never been there so I wouldn't really know. There's a huge Chinese/Filipino community there right?

yes that is true, actually there are a lot of south Asians primarily Srilankan community here along with Indians( which I think is but obvious where ever you go )

yes it was quick, i was expecting it mid next week, anyways, visa was issued on 12/12/2011 and updated on ecas on 15th and i got it on 16th.
