Send it Today as by the time they reply it will cross 2 months in ND.
You can send it without even mentioning that you are typing it for her....i sent all my CSE from TO and i don think they know which IP it came from..every time they just replied to the email i provided.

True they will always want to use any excuse they get to just stop us from emailing them and asking them questions. I was really hoping I'd not have to see the day where I'm sending them a CSE, but I guess its New Delhi and you never know what you can see with them, so today I see my self sending a CSE!

Fully agree with Fprince. Never compare as they say every case is unique.

Write something along the lines where you say that you have not received any communication from them and you are worried the letter might have been misplaced. A CSE will not fasten your processing. I guess CSE will bring your file from the limbo.

I'm sending the CSE as we speak just modifying the paragraph, and since I don't want to sound like "my wife speaks english" all of a sudden, and raise any flags I will mention that I'm my name is writing this on behalf of my wife as she can't communicate in english, and I will provide my wifes email, also in the inquirer area I put in for of my wife, and making sure I use her email address.

in the application it self I've mentioned NO english NO french, just the Indian national language.
